Tapping and Coaching

EFT Tapping Coaching is about uncovering what is blocking you by exploring where you are trying to go. When we feel stuck or lost we usually know what we need to do but an old hurt, emotion or thought keeps us from taking that action. Knowing this, please tell me what you want for yourself and what might be standing in your way.

What do you want to get out of coaching? Don’t be afraid to say the big goal or goals you are secretly hoping will happen.

What are you loving about your life right now? What is not so hot?

What are the emotions and thoughts that tend to overwhelm you?
